Travel Vaccinations & Travel Medicine

Whether for business, study, or vacation, our goal at AFC Doctors Express Waltham Urgent Care is to keep you safe and healthy while traveling abroad. Our physicians and medical staff are trained to provide comprehensive, destination-specific medical information, immunizations, medications and other health care needs to help prevent travel-related illness or disease.

When traveling abroad, it’s important to plan in advance. Some vaccinations take time to take effect while others require multiple doses given weeks or months apart. To expedite your care, AFC Doctors Express has set up an on-line questionnaire for you to complete prior to your visit. Your AFC Doctors Express physician will then customize an immunization program for you based on the information you provide and can help you assemble the medications necessary that will help protect you against malaria, food and water borne diarrhea illness, and motion sickness.

Please complete the form below to get started on your vaccinations.

***Please note that you must consult with your insurance provider to determine coverage for travel vaccines as it can vary from provider to provider.***
